*For one additional image, which may be ordered in a 5x7 or 9x12, add $20.00 to the price of portrait size chosen.

DESCRIPTION OF FRAMES:

Simple Frame:  1 1/2" deep wood frame (See "Jo's Cat 6x6"  on the About Us page.)

Floating Frame: Aluminum frame that floats the canvas in space (See "Misty 6x6" on the Home page.)

Elaborate Frame: 2-3" wide elaborate molding frame

STEPS TO ORDER A PET PORTRAIT

1. Take two, three or four clear photos of your pet. If you are requesting two pets in one painting, they do not need to be together in the photographs.

2. Choose the size of the portrait.

3. Send an email message to me including:

• photos [can send by mail] 
• size chosen
• any important special information about your pet
• your name
• address
• phone number
• email address
• requested completion date (Please note that it takes 4 to 6 weeks to complete a portrait.)

4. You will be contacted to confirm your order.

5. After the portrait is completed, a photocopy of it will be sent to you for approval.

6. No payment is necessary for me to begin the portrait, but full payment including shipping and insurance charges is needed before the portrait is mailed to you.

7. I accept checks and money orders.

8. To help insure that the oil portrait can last for generations I will need to put a durable finish on it 6 to 12 months after it is completed.  Please contact me again at that time to make arrangements for this final step.

ADDITIONALLY

9. I can frame the portrait in one of a few select frames for an additional charge, or I can recommend a source for frames.
